Service Description

Our inventory reports are highly detailed and comprehensive, and includes photographs and are sent electronically to you. Additional rooms such as garages, gardens, sheds, basements would be charged at £10 per room. We also reserve the right to charge additionally for properties that are heavily furnished or have very high end fittings. Charges will be based on time spent at the property. Cancellations: 50% of the original price charged for cancellations made within 24 hrs, Nil if rebooked within the same week.
